Anil Bhaskaran is a practicing Architect and Urban Planner, and also the Managing Director of ‘Anil Bhaskaran - Architects and Planners’, an Architectural Firm based in Bengaluru, India.

Bhaskaran completed the Bachelor of Architecture Degree, with the First Rank and Distinction from the University of Kerala, India. Subsequently, he completed the Master of Architecture Degree, with a specialization in Urban Planning, from the University of Minnesota, USA. On completion of the Master’s Programme, he worked with ‘Skidmore, Owings and Merrill’, an Architectural Firm based in Chicago, USA.

The Firm, ‘Anil Bhaskaran - Architects and Planners’, under his leadership, has successfully completed over a hundred projects in the last two decades across India and abroad.

He is the President of India Urban Care Forum and an associate member of the Indian Institute of Architects. He has travelled extensively and given talks on various topics related to Architecture and Urban Planning, at various forums, in India and abroad. A recipient of many awards and honours, including the Times Visionary Leader 2022 Award and Business Today’s Icons of Excellence 2023 Award, his buildings, articles and interviews have been published over a hundred times by architectural magazines, news-papers and television channels.
